    Orders
    Ordering couldn’t be easier, simply add the fashion gems you would like to purchase to your cart and go to the checkout. You will then be asked for your billing and shipping details and you done! You will be sent a confirmation email once the order has successfully been placed and a notification once the item has been dispatched. To make it even easier to shop next time, simply create your own personal account where you can securely store your information and view the status of your orders at any time.

    Please note, our fashions are ex high street and chainstore; they were designed for the most popular high street shops but made available due to cancelled orders, over-production or delayed deliveries. As a condition of resale, all our fashions are dispatched with no or covered labels to prevent store returns. This enables our customers to enjoy today’s high street looks at very low prices.

    Shipping & Delivery
    UK customers

    UK standard delivery takes 2 to 4 days and costs £2.95. Bank Holidays will affect delivery times by approximately 1 to 2 days. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, please email us with the request or any other queries you may have regarding your order quoting your name, order number, and preferred method of contact.

    International customers
    Overseas parcels can take 10 to 28 days depending on destination and costs £6.00. Bank (and public) Holidays will affect delivery times by approximately 1 to 2 days. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, please email us with the request or any other queries you may have regarding your order quoting your name, order number, and preferred method of contact. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

     

    Returns, Replacements and Exchange
    UK customers
    If for any reason you don’t want to an item, you can make use of our simple returns service; sending it back in as new condition within 14-days of receipt, in accordance with your statutory rights. Every delivery we send out includes an advice note, please select a reason why the garment is unsuitable and enter it next to the item you wish to return. If you don't have your advice note, simply enclose a written piece of paper in the return package that includes your reason for returning, the order number and your name and address. If you would like to return an item please use the following address:

    If you want to order a replacement or exchange item please email us quoting your name, order number, and preferred method of contact, as soon as possible to ensure we have the item in stock and we will reserve it for you. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, we will endeavour to refund you within 24 hours. Any refund will be issued in accordance with the payment method used for the original purchase. Please bear in mind that refunds processed through a PayPal account can take up to seven working days for the funds to be transferred back onto your card or into your bank account. We will send you an email us confirming the refund as soon as it has been processed.  

     

    International customers

    Defective goods
    In the unlikely event that anything you order from us fails prematurely due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will provide you with an appropriate remedy, which may be repair, replacement or full or partial refund. Please email us stating the issue, your name, order number, and preferred method of contact, as soon as possible.
